Manufacturing Quality Inspector III

Responsibilities

• Provide quality control support for receipt, in-process, and finished goods inspection
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections according to engineering requirements
• Conduct Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, Visual, and Ultrasonic inspections
• Identify, record, and evaluate quality problems and recommend corrective actions
• Aid in the investigation and resolution of customer complaints
• Complete detailed inspection reports and related quality paperwork

Requirements

• At least five years of inspection experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment
• ASNT TC IA Certified Level II, NDT
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications
• Proficiency in mathematics, including algebra, trigonometry, and geometry
• Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel) and typing skills
• US Citizenship is required (Dual Citizenship cannot be accepted)
