Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop process and product quality standards and quality plans
• Lead the development of DFMEAs, PFMEAs, Process Control Plans, and test/inspection procedures
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement critical quality processes
• Execute process and product quality readiness tasks for production ramp-up
• Ensure quality standards are upheld for all manufacturing actions
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving teams for root cause investigations and CAPA implementation
• Work closely with the quality systems team to follow standards and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in a quality role
• Experience with power electronics or battery technologies
• Knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies
• Experience with quality tools and quality system elements
• Proficiency in statistical methods and process data acquisition
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
