About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop process and product quality standards and quality plans
- Lead the development of DFMEAs, PFMEAs, Process Control Plans, and test/inspection procedures
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement critical quality processes
- Execute process and product quality readiness tasks for production ramp-up
- Ensure quality standards are upheld for all manufacturing actions
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving teams for root cause investigations and CAPA implementation
- Work closely with the quality systems team to follow standards and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in a quality role
- Experience with power electronics or battery technologies
- Knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies
- Experience with quality tools and quality system elements
- Proficiency in statistical methods and process data acquisition
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
