About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret quality-related data including nonconformances, corrective actions, audit results, and supplier quality
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor QMS performance
  • Provide data support for management reviews and customer reporting
  • Act as the primary coordinator for Nonconformance Records (NCRs), driving timely closure and documentation
  • Evaluate, investigate, and push resolution of nonconformances to ensure data integrity and traceability in compliance with AS9100
  • Maintain acceptable levels of nonconforming material in the Material Review Board (MRB) and drive disposition
  • Partner with Quality Engineers and stakeholders to support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Participate in continuous improvement, Lean projects, and Quality System Audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role or equivalent education
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a high-tech environment
  • Proficiency in developing reports using PowerBI, Excel, or Minitab
  • Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) environment
  • Experience with ERP, MES, or PLM systems
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASQ Certified Quality Technician
  • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and efficient problem-solving
  • Experience with Supplier Scorecarding development
