Manufacturing Project Planner

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement and data collection to improve production efficiency and reduce waste
• Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, labor tracking, and staffing performance in the ERP system
• Update Manufacturing Execution Systems (Redzone) including production TVs and learning content
• Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules between supply chain and operations
• Manage onboarding, training, and attendance for temporary production employees
• Monitor availability of indirect materials and supplies
• Liaison between warehouse and supply chain for delivery scheduling
• Administer smock distribution and manage locker assignments

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a production or food manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Experience with production ERP software (Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Experience with Redzone preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• BA in Business, Operations, or a related field
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, FDA)
