Responsibilities

• Pilot a portfolio of projects in a continuous improvement approach (Quality, Cost, Delay)
• Propose and structure continuous improvement processes, including AI-driven options
• Estimate workloads and realization deadlines
• Structure and plan activities and monitor allocated project skills
• Organize and lead steering committees and present regular operational reporting
• Contribute to project financial management
• Functionally manage project teams (30-50 engineers) and offshore centers
• Participate in technical offers for tenders in collaboration with the commercial team
• Identify talent, coach teams, and ensure skill development

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent Master's degree (Bac+5)
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including industrial environment experience
• Familiarity with the aeronautics sector and Manufacturing Engineering
• Proven project management skills with a focus on results
• People management experience (direct management or leading teams of 10+ people)
• Professional proficiency in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tool design and industrialization preparation
• Knowledge of electric aircraft programs
