About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate multiple HSDC projects to implement new product solutions and expand manufacturing capacity and capabilities.
  • Act as the program lead for manufacturing strategy implementation to meet quality, flexibility, and cost targets.
  • Drive global efforts for process and equipment delivery standardization in coordination with Technology and Engineering organizations.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, establish objectives, and monitor adherence to master schedules and resource allocation.
  • Engage with key equipment vendors regarding capacity needs and joint development opportunities.
  • Partner with Product Management to develop business cases for projects to ensure maximum value creation.
  • Communicate program status regularly through formal presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology, development, and manufacturing or manufacturing engineering.
  • Proven experience in project management and delivering measurable business results.
  • Extensive experience managing complex, cross-functional, and culturally diverse teams.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to translate needs into program requirements.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree.
  • Working knowledge of OCS processes, New Product Introduction (NPI), PQA, and CSC.
  • Prior interaction with MT&E.
