Manufacturing Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing tasks in strict accordance with company safety regulations and operating procedures
• Complete assigned production quotas while ensuring all operations comply with standard operating instructions
• Take responsibility for the quality of output from your station and report any production issues or hazards immediately
• Identify and label non-conforming products and complete the necessary review documentation
• Manage the handover process to subsequent production stages, ensuring all records are accurate and complete
• Maintain and care for the tools and equipment used at your workstation
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Secondary technical school or junior college degree
• Relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Good character and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
