Manufacturing Production Supervision Technician - Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate Warehouse, Maintenance, and Product Line Supervisor teams to meet production objectives.
• Manage and coach manufacturing associates to ensure optimal safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Oversee all off-shift activities and serve as the primary point of contact for the Plant Management team.
• Ensure all authorized employees receive appropriate Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) training and utilize proper PPE.
• Drive continuous improvement through planned events and implement corrective/preventative actions.
• Monitor and maintain data, including reporting on trends and facility improvements.
• Exercise authority to stop production when quality or safety issues arise.

Requirements

• Experience managing manufacturing associates and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams (Warehouse and Maintenance).
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of and commitment to implementing LOTO procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with tight time constraints.
• Physical ability to lift up to 33lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, climbing, bending, stooping, and standing in varying temperatures.
