Manufacturing Production Senior Professional

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure the continuous operation of the PVC plant production process.
• Supervise and coordinate Control Room Technicians to meet production schedules regarding quality, quantity, and cost.
• Manage Integrated Management Systems (ISO, PSM, etc.) to eliminate risks, accidents, and environmental impacts.
• Control the production budget by monitoring material consumption and efficiency to ensure low transformation costs.
• Manage plant efficiency through preventive and corrective maintenance coordination and human resource motivation.
• Administer and control the reduction of accidents and incidents following MASH plans and safety protocols.
• Participate as a Brigade Commander in fire brigades and emergency drills.
• Ensure compliance with process safety management (PSM) and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (Titulado).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in production environments.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHAS 18001.
• Strong understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) and unit operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Process Engineering.
• Experience in PVC manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of P&IDs and control loops.
