Manufacturing Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing machinery
• Assemble and solder electronic components according to specifications
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders to build products
• Perform visual quality inspections and peer verifications to ensure standards are met
• Use various measurement devices to monitor production processes
• Complete production documentation and data collection entries
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety standards
• Meet or exceed established productivity goals

Requirements

• High school diploma (Mandatory)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and operating instructions
• Basic mathematical skills for calculations and interpreting statistics
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs from the floor to waist height
• Ability to sit or stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes and work with a microscope for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in electronic manufacturing or assembly lines
• Basic English proficiency
• Experience working with chemicals or in cable manufacturing processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
