Manufacturing Production Control Support

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time, on-site support for daily wafer fabrication manufacturing activities to ensure uninterrupted production flow
• Manage and maintain starting materials inventory, including tracking, stocking, and ensuring availability to meet production schedules
• Support production planning activities by coordinating material readiness and assisting with schedule execution
• Interface with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
• Create and manage purchase requisitions in support of production and inventory needs
• Maintain and update manufacturing systems, databases, and tracking tools to ensure data accuracy and visibility
• Support fab hygiene and cleanliness standards in compliance with cleanroom protocols
• Identify, recommend, and help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and optimize material flow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality

Requirements

• Associate degree (2-year) or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Access
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Palm Bay, Florida (Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm)
• Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. Person (ITAR requirement)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing systems such as ERP/MRP or MES
• Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing, wafer fabrication, or high-tech production environments
• Familiarity with inventory control, production support, or supply chain coordination
