Manufacturing Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead product device assignment and ensure product datasheet conformance.
• Design test methods and formulate test coverage for containment testing.
• Establish production test capability and participate in peer reviews.
• Optimize manufacturing processes, including test time reduction and automation.
• Perform engineering analysis and disposition for non-conforming lots related to test software or device issues.
• Interface globally on engineering issues involving product specifications, test programs, and hardware.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), customer sample creation, and new customer flavors.
• Provide primary support to subcon sites for product-related issues and non-conforming lots.
• Collaborate with other departments to address OEE issues such as machine downtime, yield, speed, and quality.
• Generate ED and PPAP for released products and new flavors.
• Contribute to resolving product and test software-related customer complaints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or product engineering environment.
