Manufacturing Process Technician

Responsibilities

• Support the design, installation, start-up, and troubleshooting of development equipment
• Install and troubleshoot new controls capabilities, measurement instrumentation, and measurement techniques
• Assist in running experiments and interpreting results
• Collaborate with equipment design engineers, deployment teams, and manufacturing receivers during technology development
• Provide training and documentation to support the transfer of new processes and equipment

Requirements

• 2-year electrical/mechanical technical degree with 2+ years of technical work experience, OR 10+ years of technical work experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience with CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
• Strong process and equipment troubleshooting skills
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Data analysis skills and familiarity with software such as PI, Excel, or JMP
• Basic understanding of PLCs
• Capability to use diagnostic testing equipment
