Manufacturing Process Owner - Drug Product Formulation (SAP S/4 HANA Enablement)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, mapping, and optimization of manufacturing processes in consultation with global process owners
• Work with Digital/IT teams to translate operational requirements into SAP S/4HANA configurations
• Validate master data from both an operations and GMP perspective
• Lead FIT-GAP analysis, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure operational readiness
• Train operators, update SOPs, and support hypercare to ensure stable and compliant manufacturing operations
• Track KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost to drive continuous improvement
• Liaise with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and IT departments to support effective operations
• Ensure GMP/GxP and data integrity compliance in all daily manufacturing execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device manufacturing
• Proven expertise in SAP PP/PI implementation
• Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MES, EBR, or LIMS as part of manufacturing operations
• Regulatory exposure
• Project Management experience or Lean/Six Sigma certification
