Manufacturing Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed production plans and schedules aligned with customer delivery timelines
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure material availability
• Monitor assembly operations, identify bottlenecks, and adjust plans to mitigate delays
• Analyze production data and KPIs to improve workflow efficiency and reduce downtime
• Collaborate with quality and compliance teams to ensure adherence to industry standards
• Interface with suppliers and external partners to align lead times
• Prepare regular reports on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Support continuous improvement initiatives including lean manufacturing and 5S
• Manage BOM and changes in SAP
• Create project documentation including Work Instructions, PFMEA, and process diagrams
• Follow-up on online incidents and manage label control

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in production planning or project engineering within manufacturing
• Proficiency in SAP ERP systems
• Experience with planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in rail or sanitary systems
