Manufacturing Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and coordinate manufacturing improvements to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Provide technical support across production shifts to resolve operational issues and achieve production goals.
• Monitor process variances, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions for equipment challenges.
• Manage production orders and maintain accurate master data, including materials, BOMs, and routings.
• Develop and optimize processes for new and existing products to improve yield and reduce variability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to analyze defects and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and ensure compliance with ISO and EHS standards.

Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (e.g., assembly, machining, processing, or packaging).
• Strong knowledge of process optimization and equipment troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D modeling software.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Understanding of material properties, heat transfer, automation, and production systems.
