Manufacturing Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical insights and support to global manufacturing facilities, including refineries and chemical plants.
• Perform high-frequency and long-term process unit monitoring and analysis to uncover technical insights and troubleshooting issues.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools, such as data analytics and process simulation, to recommend improvements and drive optimization.
• Lead or support initiatives focused on energy efficiency, yield improvement, cost reduction, and sustainability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and business teams to implement sustainable process improvements.
• Conduct business stewardship activities, including energy utilization analysis, material balance assessments, and benchmarking.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering with an excellent academic track record.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant energy industry experience in refining or chemical process technologies (e.g., Crude Processing, FCC, Hydroprocessing, Olefins, or Aromatics).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural global setting.
• Demonstrated intellectual rigor, drive, and proactiveness in leading change.
