Manufacturing Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor production performance and promote actions to improve efficiency
• Oversee external manufacturer performance and manage the Vendor Rating process
• Monitor internal cutting performance using a lean manufacturing approach
• Analyze and implement improvement actions for supplier management, workflows, and working times
• Collaborate with purchasing, planning, quality, production, and logistics teams to reduce delivery lead times
• Define production process KPIs and implement reporting systems
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and reporting
• Support change management processes and transition plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering or a similar field
• Prior experience in a similar manufacturing process engineering role
• Essential experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience implementing organizational changes
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Stealth 3000, and Power BI
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
