Manufacturing & Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and optimize manufacturing methods and processes for wiper system components
• Lead continuous improvement processes and problem-solving to reduce production downtime and losses
• Create and update essential production documentation, including FMEA, visual aids, flow diagrams, and control plans
• Ensure manufacturing requirements for safety, quality, delivery, and cost are met
• Provide tool specifications and manage required tooling changes to ensure production continuity
• Implement quality assurance processes using industry-standard quality tools
• Monitor and fulfill targets for scrap reduction and failure cost management

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering
• 1 to 3 years of experience within the automotive industry
• Advanced level of English proficiency
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and 8D Methodology
• Proficiency with Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, PPAP) and XR Control Charts
• Structured, systematic, and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Effective communication and project management skills
