Manufacturing Process Engineer - Advanced

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site manufacturing and process engineering support to assigned process units.
• Implement long-term plant improvements and address day-to-day operating issues.
• Lead day-to-day plant operations by applying process engineering fundamentals and analytical skills.
• Identify and pursue improvement initiatives focused on process safety, quality, reliability, and capacity.
• Participate in HAZOPs, incident investigations, and risk assessment activities.
• Monitor unit performance metrics and identify gaps versus performance benchmarks.
• Support the planning and execution of major plant events, including turnarounds, trials, and start-ups/shutdowns.
• Mentor and coach early-career professionals and engineers.

Requirements

• Proven process engineering skills and deep manufacturing knowledge.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to transition from an individual contributor to a technical leader.
• Advanced analytical and systematic problem-solving techniques.
• Experience in risk management and conducting technical investigations.
• Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional partners and technical specialists.
