Manufacturing Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engineering projects throughout the entire equipment lifecycle
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams including production, technical, and quality assurance departments
• Define and document technical requirements such as URS and FDS
• Conduct risk analyses using FMEA, HAZOP, and ATEX methodologies
• Manage projects from feasibility through to commissioning (FAT/SAT)
• Analyze and optimize production parameters to ensure stable manufacturing processes
• Support validation activities, change control, and CAPA processes
• Select and evaluate equipment suppliers and manage project budgets and milestones

Requirements

• Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working in GMP and ATEX regulated environments
• Knowledge of powder and granulate processing
• Proficiency with risk assessment tools such as FMEA and HAZOP
• Strong data analysis skills (experience with Minitab is a plus)
• Very good command of both German and English
• Structured, independent, and team-oriented working style

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience in project management within a manufacturing setting
