Manufacturing Planning

Responsibilities

• Manage backlog and shipments to ensure meeting On-Time Delivery (OTD) and shipment revenue plans
• Liaise with PG Planning on backlog schedules based on material availability
• Support manufacturing to meet all test out plans and KPI goals
• Gain hands-on exposure to production planning shop floor operations and manufacturing workflows
• Support OSAT Testing, MO, and Marking issuance while liaising with OSAT planners on backlog fulfillment
• Manage Test WIP by tracking closely and working with planning, production, and engineering for disposition
• Participate in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Planning or Production Control preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills to collaborate with shop floor personnel and cross-functional departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Macros

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Test Capacity, and OEE
• Experience or knowledge of Power Apps, Power Query, Power Automate, or Power BI
