Manufacturing Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan and place purchase orders for packaging materials including cartons, labels, carrier tape, and trays
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements based on production plans
• Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery and prevent shortages
• Manage backlog and shipments to meet On-Time Delivery (OTD) and shipment revenue plans
• Perform in-house production line planning and test WIP management
• Work closely with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to support manufacturing KPI goals
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation

Requirements

• Degree or Bachelor’s holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams
• High level of responsibility and a proactive follow-up approach

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Planner or in Production Control
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Test Capacity, and OEE
• Experience with SAP systems
• Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Query, Power Automate, or Power BI
