Manufacturing or Quality Associate

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on in a clean room with living cells, preparing media and executing production steps with precision
• Verify that products meet quality standards by testing materials, reviewing batch records, and supporting release
• Ensure every therapy is produced with consistency, safety, and compliance before reaching patients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, sciences, engineering, pharmacy, or a related technical field
• Interest in manufacturing operations or quality control within a regulated biotech environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
