Manufacturing Operator Upstream

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing activities in granulation, compression, and rotor areas to ensure product purity and integrity.
• Operate machinery and equipment following all quality, safety, and environmental instructions.
• Perform equipment adjustments, changeovers, and cleaning/sanitization of workstations.
• Document all operation, cleaning, and maintenance processes in official logs or computerized systems.
• Collect product samples and perform process tests to ensure compliance with acceptance parameters.
• Transport process materials using forklifts or handjacks in compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Report any deviations, equipment malfunctions, or safety incidents immediately to supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar manufacturing role.
• Ability to read and understand both English and Spanish.
• Basic computer skills and basic mathematical abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Physical stamina for manual labor, including climbing, kneeling, bending, and lifting/pushing/pulling objects.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as required by business needs.
