Manufacturing Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up automated packaging and processing equipment using touchscreen controls
• Perform quality checks on raw, intermediate, and finished products to ensure standards are met
• Maintain accurate production documentation, including waste, downtime, and efficiency data
• Assist with basic troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and light repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, food-grade work area following GMP and HACCP guidelines
• Prepare batches using dry/raw ingredients and vitamin/slurry mixtures
• Support sanitation efforts through wet washing and deep cleaning tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety and quality procedures
• Willingness to work a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or food/beverage environments
• Familiarity with GMPs, food safety, or HACCP quality processes
