Manufacturing Operator

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders according to purchase orders, including picking, packaging, and labeling
• Perform reception, verification, and storage of goods in designated locations
• Ensure accuracy of quantities and compliance of products shipped or received
• Participate in inventory management, including cycle counts and simple adjustments
• Use computer tools and radio frequency (RF) scanners for warehouse operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Follow internal procedures and occupational health and safety standards

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, industry, or a similar environment
• Ability to lift loads up to 50 lb (23 kg)
• Proficiency with computers and RF scanner systems
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and efficiency
• Ability to work autonomously while fostering team collaboration
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or order picking
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing or distribution environments
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software
• Forklift certification
• Experience with continuous improvement processes or Lean methods
