Manufacturing Operator II

Responsibilities

• Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment including Glatt fluid bed processing, granulation, blending, compression, coating, and encapsulation
• Execute manufacturing processes in strict accordance with batch records, SOPs, and established procedures
• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and cleaning activities
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain product quality and efficiency
• Accurately complete manufacturing documentation and logbooks in real time to ensure cGMP compliance and data integrity
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment following OSHA regulations and company safety standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of production or manufacturing experience, including hands-on experience in primary manufacturing processes
• Valid Forklift or related equipment certification
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Solid knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and kneeling

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office
