Manufacturing Operator II - Specialty Injectables

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing processes with a focus on cGMP compliance and aseptic proficiency
• Accurately document batch record activities and maintain high standards of documentation reliability
• Set up, operate, disassemble, and clean complex production equipment for injectables or polymer bulking
• Perform aseptic interventions and maintain clean room standards, including strict adherence to gowning protocols
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues with increasing independence
• Conduct visual and physical checks of in-process and finished products
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and deviation investigations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• STEM Bachelor’s Degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience:
• Non-STEM degree with 1+ years of technical/manufacturing experience
• Technical Associate’s Degree with 2+ years of technical/manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of technical/manufacturing experience
• Strong knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Proficiency in aseptic techniques and ability to work in a clean room environment
• Strong mathematical calculation and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to wear a respirator for extended periods (up to 4 hours)

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent Lean Six Sigma certification
