Manufacturing Operator I

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment for processes including granulation, blending, compression, coating, and encapsulation
• Perform machine changeovers, cleaning, and setup as required
• Troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments to maintain production specifications
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and cGMP throughout the manufacturing process
• Complete manufacturing documentation with high accuracy and completeness
• Follow all OSHA regulations and equipment manuals to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety procedures
• Proficiency in math and computer skills, including MS Office
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift or other related equipment certification
• Experience with SAP
