Manufacturing Operator I

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment for processes including granulation, blending, compression, coating, and encapsulation
• Perform machine changeovers, cleaning, and setup as required
• Troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments to maintain production specifications
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and cGMP regulations
• Complete manufacturing documentation with high accuracy and completeness
• Follow all OSHA regulations and safety protocols for the proper use of equipment

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of OSHA and Occupational Health & Safety procedures
• Proficiency in math and computer skills (MS Office)
• Ability to lift, move, or carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and navigate a plant floor environment for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift or other related equipment certification
• Experience with SAP
