About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment for processes including granulation, blending, compression, coating, and encapsulation
- Perform machine changeovers, cleaning, and equipment setup as required
- Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to maintain production specifications
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and cGMP throughout the manufacturing process
- Complete manufacturing documentation with high accuracy and completeness
- Follow all OSHA regulations and equipment manuals to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety procedures
- Proficiency in math and computer skills (MS Office)
- Ability to lift, move, or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work the scheduled shift: Monday - Friday, 11:30pm to 7:30am
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift or other related equipment certification
- Experience with SAP
