Manufacturing Operator I

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment for processes including granulation, blending, compression, coating, and encapsulation
• Perform machine changeovers, cleaning, and setup as required
• Troubleshoot and make appropriate adjustments to maintain production specifications
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with cGMP and SOPs
• Complete manufacturing documentation with accuracy and completeness
• Follow all OSHA regulations and equipment manuals for safe operation

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety procedures
• Proficiency in math and computer skills (MS Office)
• Ability to lift, move, or carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including respirators and safety glasses

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift or other related equipment certification
• Experience with SAP
