About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment for processes including granulation, blending, compression, coating, and encapsulation
- Perform machine changeovers, cleaning, and setup as required
- Troubleshoot and make appropriate adjustments to maintain production specifications
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with cGMP and SOPs
- Complete manufacturing documentation with accuracy and completeness
- Follow all OSHA regulations and equipment manuals for safe operation
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety procedures
- Proficiency in math and computer skills (MS Office)
- Ability to lift, move, or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including respirators and safety glasses
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift or other related equipment certification
- Experience with SAP
