Manufacturing Operator I

Responsibilities

• Support secondary operations by processing tubing after extrusion
• Perform 100% inspection of standard tubing using guidewires and mandrels
• Execute cutting of standard tubing and operate Accu-Cutter equipment
• Prepare products for shipment, including inner and outer bag packaging
• Maintain high quality standards and complete all required documentation
• Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards
• Utilize various tools including laser micrometers, gauges, and microscopes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience involving basic measurement (centimeters and inches)
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Ability to follow precise directions and instructions
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDPs)
