Manufacturing Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and automated assembly systems
• Perform routine quality checks and inspections on materials and finished products
• Conduct basic preventative maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Manage base materials using the FIFO method
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and data entry
• Adhere to 5S, OSHA, and GMP safety and quality standards
• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and production line changeovers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to stand for long periods and climb ladders/stairs
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
