Manufacturing Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot various production machinery and equipment to ensure high-quality product delivery
• Maintain GMP compliance by following SOPs, validation protocols, and cleaning programs
• Accurately complete batch record documentation and monitor key performance indicators
• Adhere to all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and report hazards immediately
• Perform line changeovers, including cleaning, disassembly, reassembly, and lubrication of equipment
• Utilize SAP to manage material requests, transfer orders, and handling unit assignments
• Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement and equipment utilization

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience working in a production environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 5-25 lbs frequently
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Ability to work the nightshift (6:00pm-6:30am, Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays)
• Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with product formulation
• Experience with equipment troubleshooting and cleaning
• Proficiency in operating computer applications
