Manufacturing Operator

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing operating steps on product batches using specialized equipment
• Adhere to safety policies and GMP standards, including LOTO, PPE utilization, and good documentation practices
• Perform cleaning processes for manufacturing rooms, equipment, and general areas per SOPs
• Set up, load, unload, and operate equipment such as blenders, compressing machines, and coaters
• Monitor operating parameters and physical attributes of products during manufacturing steps
• Maintain accurate production records, including in-process testing and sampling
• Assist with minor equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Participate in process improvement projects and work collaboratively in a team environment

Requirements

• High School diploma with 3 years of manufacturing experience; OR
• Associate’s Degree with 2 years of manufacturing experience; OR
• Bachelor’s Degree with no prior experience
• Proficiency in mathematics and basic computer programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience with manufacturing equipment technology
