Manufacturing Operator

Responsibilities

• Manufacture various dosage forms including liquid, solid, and semi-solid products
• Perform cleaning, disassembly, and assembly of equipment and work areas
• Execute production processes such as weighing, granulation, mixing, compression, and encapsulation
• Conduct visual inspections and basic quality controls
• Document all activities accurately in manufacturing logs, registers, and charts
• Manage material handling, including powders, tablets, and equipment
• Participate in preventive maintenance (TPM) and continuous improvement activities
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in French is required for effective communication and regulatory compliance
• Ability to follow strict procedures and quality standards
• Physical capacity to work in a manufacturing environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment
• Experience with industrial equipment cleaning
• Ability to work effectively in a team within a structured environment
