Manufacturing Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate various pieces of equipment to assemble household appliances such as dishwashers, refrigerators, clothes washers, and dryers
• Work on assembly lines to transfer, operate, or adjust production equipment
• Handle parts and tools in a fast-paced team environment
• Adhere to all safety rules, regulations, and equipment requirements
• Maintain attention and concentration to meet work deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

• Must be 17 years of age or older and a 2026 JCPS high school graduate
• Authorized to work in the United States without restriction
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and walk distances
• Ability to lift and handle parts/equipment up to 42 pounds
• Basic technology skills to utilize company systems for onboarding and HR tasks
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching overhead
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and medical health questionnaire
