Manufacturing Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assigned manufacturing equipment safely and consistently according to standard operating procedures
• Monitor machine performance and report any irregularities or malfunctions to the Group Leader
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Support basic troubleshooting and assist in resolving simple machine stoppages
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a tidy workspace
• Conduct visual and measurement-based quality checks and report defects
• Handle materials correctly to minimize scrap and waste
• Participate in workplace training to develop technical knowledge and understand the full manufacturing process

Requirements

• At least one year of experience operating equipment in a technical, mechanical, or industrial environment
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hand tools, and measuring instruments
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for common mechanical or graphical issues
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform simple inspections
• Ability to follow step-by-step operating procedures, including start-up and shut-down sequences
• Basic computer skills for communication and task completion
• High school diploma or equivalent, along with necessary technical fitness certifications
