About the role

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment according to ISO 9001:2015 quality standards
  • Install fixtures, tooling, and parts for machine setup and adjust settings to ensure precise production
  • Monitor machinery, gauges, and dials to detect malfunctions and perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Record production data on sheets or computer databases to complete work orders
  • Inspect incoming materials, products, and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure proper disposal of waste materials
  • Adhere to all company safety, environmental, and quality policies

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (GED) or 10 years of directly related manufacturing experience
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong hands-on mechanical ability with general knowledge of machines and tools
  • General knowledge of computer operations within an industrial environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Military technical training
