About the role
Responsibilities
- Safely operate complex and standard high-speed production equipment to manufacture nutrition products
- Maintain inventory of packaging materials and complete necessary workorder documentation
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Clean equipment and maintain a sanitary production environment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, and Abbott policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of prior manufacturing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical troubleshooting skills and the ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of regulatory standards for infant formula and nutritionals
- Experience with specialized production tools and equipment
- Previous experience as a Senior Production Equipment Operator
