Manufacturing Operator

Responsibilities

• Safely operate complex and standard high-speed production equipment to manufacture nutrition products
• Maintain inventory of packaging materials and complete necessary workorder documentation
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Clean equipment and maintain a sanitary production environment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, and Abbott policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of prior manufacturing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical troubleshooting skills and the ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory standards for infant formula and nutritionals
• Experience with specialized production tools and equipment
• Previous experience as a Senior Production Equipment Operator
