About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 10–15 manufacturing technicians, including performance evaluations, coaching, and development planning.
- Perform strategic inventory analysis and execute line management initiatives to optimize WIP flow and mitigate bottlenecks.
- Monitor and respond to high-priority production issues, including NPI delays and output risks, taking swift corrective action.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product Operations, CAPA, and Fab Engineering to support capacity planning and tool strategies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing line efficiency and reducing cycle time.
- Utilize manufacturing automation systems and digital tools to monitor real-time line performance and drive data-informed decisions.
- Deliver clear technical communications and shift escalations to provide actionable visibility for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory analysis, production control, capacity planning, or project management.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and management presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
- 5+ years of prior management or supervisory experience.
