Responsibilities

• Support the team by creating a positive, safe, and productive work environment
• Model the "Base Pace" while ensuring safety and respect are top priorities
• Act as the main communication link between the production floor and management
• Ensure all products meet quality specifications and lead root cause analysis investigations
• Champion 5S organization and maximize throughput to hit production targets
• Execute production ramp plans and integrate new processes seamlessly
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles to reduce waste and cycle times
• Oversee training and certification of new Production Associates
• Conduct regular safety audits and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) in coordination with EHS
• Manage day-to-day administrative needs including scheduling and resource planning

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments
• Experience scaling production lines or working in high-growth environments
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or 5S concepts
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment with evolving processes
• Flexibility to work varied hours or weekends to support production milestones
