Manufacturing Operations Specialist 1

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process mapping and assessments to identify gaps in workflows
• Lead projects requiring coordination of global resources
• Collaborate with business units to ensure project alignment with scope and ROI
• Document and analyze business processes for improvement
• Contribute to business requirement documents, test cases, and proof-of-concept efforts
• Support the development of dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire
• Gather and analyze operational data to support decision-making
• Automate manual processes and reports to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with senior analysts and IT teams on new process and data solutions
• Apply lean and agile methodologies to promote continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn process improvement and automation efforts

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to process mapping or workflow tools like Visio or BPMN
• Interest in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
