Manufacturing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met or exceeded.
• Champion change management initiatives and implement lean manufacturing practices to drive efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, using data to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and logistics teams to maintain seamless operations.
• Manage production budgets, control costs, and prepare performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong track record of building and sustaining high-performance teams.
• Demonstrated success in leading change and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma qualifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Expert industry-related experience in lieu of a third-level degree.
