About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative and operational aspects of manufacturing and shipping functions
- Develop and monitor KPIs, reports, and dashboards to optimize performance
- Ensure adherence to cGMPs, SOPs, and ISO regulations
- Manage manpower, material, and workflow to ensure timely production and quality
- Coordinate manufacturing capacity while controlling labor and overhead costs
- Develop and coach a productive team through performance management
- Collaborate with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams for seamless design transfer
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Engineering, Business or related field
- 5-7 years of manufacturing experience
- 3+ years of successful leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical device manufacturing experience
- Thorough understanding of Lean Manufacturing
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization platforms
- NetSuite experience
