Manufacturing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct production activities to meet goals, quality, and cost objectives at the Mequon manufacturing site.
• Promote policy deployment including KPI charts, action plans, and countermeasures.
• Coordinate Value Stream efficiency and improvement activities using Lean Manufacturing and RPS concepts.
• Lead and monitor projects to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, and Cost.
• Lead 5S projects to improve department environment and efficiency.
• Develop Value Stream strategy, metrics, and implementation of related manufacturing strategies.
• Manage daily operations including supply chain production control, manufacturing priorities, and coordination with off-shift management.
• Ensure standardized work processes are followed and the area remains compliant with safety requirements.
• Plan and administer procedures, budgets, and capital expenditures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US (sponsorship is not available for this role).

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of major professional accomplishments, including leadership of large-scale, complex projects and teams.
• Minimum of five years of manufacturing management experience.
