Manufacturing Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking production work orders from release through completion
• Support coordination with Procurement and Supply Chain by monitoring incoming material delivery status
• Help maintain and update the shop floor schedule daily
• Serve as a liaison between Production, Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing
• Monitor work order traveler status and identify missing documentation
• Compile and distribute daily/weekly production status reports
• Assist with shipping and receiving coordination for production-related components

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or supply chain
• Basic familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Awareness of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field
