Manufacturing Operations Co-Op

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of operational processes
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives using Bosch Production Systems
• Collect and analyze production data to identify areas for process optimization
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and product performance
• Assist in developing and updating 6S improvements on the shop floor
• Support shift handover coordination and maintain operational standards
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for project updates

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2.5 GPA
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Hands-on attitude and self-motivated to complete tasks in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry tools
• Experience or interest in lean manufacturing principles and data-driven decision making
